Each session will highlight a different skill such as gearing, cadence, pedaling, pace lining. The goal is that everyone will get something from the workshops. Cyclists of all levels, particularly beginners and intermediates, are welcome. The rides are geared towards road bikes, but hybrids are welcome too.
